Make the best of your New York Trip (Part 2)

I am pleased to bring you the third in the series of articles that celebrates the never-ending beauty, charm and charisma of this world-famous city. A city that represents the dream of millions of individuals from around the world who visit NY to study, to explore or to make a living.

Madame Tussauds Wax Museum New York

While you will find Madame Tussauds in many cities of the world, it is truly worth paying a visit to this museum while you are in NY. By paying a reasonable entry fee, you can see nearly 200 incredibly lifelike wax figures of the most well-known celebrities of the world including your most-loved Hollywood actors.

Museum of Modern Art

The Museum of Modern Art in New York is considered to be the most influential museum of modern art in the world. It caters to an entire spectrum of human ingenuity ranging from works of architecture and design, drawings, painting and sculpture to photography, prints, illustrated books and artist’s books, film, and electronic media. The museum contains millions of books and original source material relating to the history of modern and contemporary art. The Museum of Modern Art also houses a restaurant where you can relax at the end of your intellectual tour.

Cathedral of Saint John the Divine

In a city that has virtually re-built itself on an ultra-modern framework, there are fortunately some remaining symbols of history. The Cathedral of Saint John the Divine was built in late nineteenth century and has undergone a series of repairs and restorations since then. It is among the most well-known tourist places in the city of New York.

Apart from the magnificent places to see, there is another way that you can make your visit to New York special. The city offers a remarkable array of staying options ranging from hotels and inns to timeshare and vacation rental properties. With a bit of smart research, you can find a swanky vacation rental property right in the heart of the city that will make your visit even more enjoyable.

Amazing Two-Floor Penthouse Apartment

This is an amazing two-floor penthouse apartment in a very vibrant part of Manhattan. Everything about our stay was wonderful – from the initial communication with Brain to the checkin process to the really great amenities (including a very good bottle of wine!). Having an outdoor terrace in the heart of the city was just that extra plus that made this all the better. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well appointed and would easily be able to be used to prepare meals for a group or family. The living room/dining room/kitchen area is on the top floor so away form the bedrooms that are on the lower floor. This is great I you have some people that want to stay up late without disturbing others that want to retire early. There are two showers, the larger one has a hand-held shower wand and a large elephant shower head, a steam bath and a Jacuzzi tub. Very great shower experience. East Village also provides an optional car service to/from the major airports (we used it to get to JFK on our departure day). The car service is professional and takes all the hassle out of traveling between the apartment and airport. I highly recommend it if you don’t want to have to think about a taxi or an Uber/Lyft. I really like this place and dealing with Brian throughout the whole process was effortless. I highly recommend staying here!
